Registration and abstract submission

Participation in the Workshop is free of charges, but registration is mandatory and must be performed  before Friday, 21 September 2018 before Friday, 12 October 2018

Abstract submission has to be performed before Friday, 27 July 2018. before Friday, 31 August 2018.

35 grants will be attributed on a competitive basis to PhD candidates and Early Career Investigators (i.e. researcher within 8 years from the PhD) who are presenting and are coming from more than 250 km away from the venue. These grants are a contribution to the travel, accommodation and meal expenses: €60/night (4 nights max.), €15/meal, reimbursement of the transport (most economical way of transport).

Catering

Refreshments throughout the workshop duration will be covered.

Lunches (€15/pers/day) will be proposed and will have to be ordered and paid (once) at the beginning of the Symposium during the registration at the attendance list desk. An apero/dinner will be organised on Wednesday evening.

Information regarding the talks

Regular talks will be 20 min long. Therefore, 15 min presentation plus 5 min question is expected.

Plenary talks will be 1 hour long, with 45 min presentation plus 5 min question.

We also ask participants to prepare a short presentation (1 or 2 slides) of their Lab, which will be presented during  Wednesday evening event.
